How it works
Purchase one of our reusable / washable linen bags for $20, and you can drop your washing off at any time. If we’re not home, simply place your linen bag in the IBC located out the front. We’ll notify you when your washing is ready for collection.
No problem! If you choose not to purchase a linen bag, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and arrange a suitable drop-off time with us. Washing must be dropped off in your own washing basket, which is also how it will be returned to you.
We can arrange to collect and deliver your washing for a $10 fee. Pick-up and delivery must be pre-arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Washing is processed on a first come, first served basis, with a usual turnaround time of 24–48 hours. Need your washing back the same day? We offer a same-day service for an additional $10 fee, subject to availability. Please arrange this when booking your washing in.

Fees and services
One load is approximately 9kg of dry washing (around 14–15kg when wet). This is roughly just over one standard washing basket. Includes washing, drying and folding.
One 5kg bulky item such as a doona, duvet or heavy blanket per load. Due to their size and weight, we can generally accommodate one item per load. Includes washing and drying.
We can collect and return your washing for a $10 fee. This service must be pre-arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Need your washing back the same day? Same-day turnaround is available for an additional $10, subject to availability. Please arrange this when booking your washing in.

Own or manage an Airbnb and want to take the load off your laundry? We offer a convenient drop-off and collection service for Airbnb owners and managers, designed to make managing your linen simple, efficient and hassle-free.
All Airbnb laundry is charged at $28 per load.

All linen is carefully sorted before being put through a 40-minute hygiene wash. It is then thoroughly dried in our commercial dryers, helping to maintain cleanliness and consistent hygiene standards.
A standard linen load is approximately 9kg dry / 15–16kg wet. This is roughly just over one standard basket of linen. We’ll do our best to maximise every load so you get the most value from your laundry service.
