Exclusions & Laundry Guidelines
To ensure we can provide a safe, hygienic and reliable service for everyone, there are a few items we are currently unable to process.
Pet items
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process pet bedding, blankets or other items used by pets. We hope to offer this service in the future.
Excessive sand
Please remove as much sand as possible from beach towels, linen and other items before bringing them to us. Excessive amounts of sand can damage commercial washing equipment and dryers.
Heavily soiled items
Items that are excessively soiled, muddy or contaminated may be refused or may incur an additional cleaning fee. Please let us know about heavily soiled items before drop-off.
Hazardous or contaminated items
We are unable to process items contaminated with chemicals, oils, fuels, bodily fluids, needles or other hazardous substances.
